I would like to write and thank you for the service that was given to me regarding the repair of my pond heater. After 14 years of service I fully expected to be told that it was time to buy a new one or the repair would be too expensive but no, you recieved the heater and I was telephoned the same day to say the heater had only a minor fault. I recieved the heater back, refitted it and is now working as new. The service you gave me from start to finish was in this day and age very rare. Thank you all again.
