The Elecro Mini-T100 pool heater is manufactured from top quality components and materials at the Elecro works in Hertfordshire, England.
Construction consists of a finned flow tube which is fitted to uniquely designed inlet and outlet mouldings made from specially formulated polymer alloy material. Spiral wound titanium heating elements provide a ‘Vortex’ water flow, these are positioned equidistantly along the flow tube providing ultra efficient performance, the ‘low Watts density’ of these elements guarantees extended life and reliability.
The outlet moulding accommodates a flow switch with a gold tipped reed and titanium fulcrum pin. The flow tube is contained within a robust, epoxy powder coated galvanised steel casing, which also houses the electrical contactors and control components. The heater control panel is on the top of cabinet and contains the indication lights as well as the pool temperature thermostat dial.
The heater mounting brackets allow the heater to be either floor or vertically wall mounted.
The Elecro Mini-T100 pool heater can be easily operated using the analogue thermostat. The inlet moulding has been designed to minimise the risks of air locking. Safety and equipment protection is provided by the highly reliable flow switch, the safety thermal cut-out (auto-reset) and the secondary thermal cut-out (manual reset) over-temperature protection.
The low Watts density of the titanium heating elements minimises the risks of encrustation, thus ensuring an extended element life. The unique enclosure design allows access to the inside of the casing for wiring and maintenance.
The required pool temperature is maintained by the analogue control thermostat. The unit is provided with twin heavy duty Schneider contactors to provide ultimate safety.
